Renzo Lume is a 29-year-old Italian storytelling rapper from Turin. His world brings together the pulse of hip-hop, the melody of the Italian language and the symbolic power of stories passed down from generation to generation.
Lorenzo grew up surrounded by the books kept by his grandmother, who never told a story exactly as it was written. As a teenager, he discovered in rap another form of transmission: words follow a rhythm, images become more direct, and old tales find their place in the contemporary city.
Under the name Renzo Lume, he embodies a narrative, melodic rap — sensitive, mysterious and deeply human. In “La fabia continua”, he walks through the dreams of Aladdin, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Cinderella, the Little Mermaid and the seven dwarfs to speak of freedom, courage, love, transformation and second chances.
His name evokes the “lume”, the glow that remains in the dark. In the songs, the call “Lorenzo” recalls the man behind the character and becomes his vocal signature.
