LaurentG Productions is an independent music label and creative studio dedicated to creating, experimenting with and producing original musical projects.

At the crossroads of music, image, technology and artificial intelligence, the label develops worlds in which every project has its own identity, its own story and its own sonic signature.

An independent label

LaurentG Productions was born from a simple desire: to create freely.

Free to mix styles. Free to move from electronic music to soul, from rock to Latin music, from a cinematic world to an experimental project. Free, too, to explore new ways of composing, producing and telling music.

There is no imposed genre here and no predefined format. Every project starts with an idea, an emotion, an atmosphere or sometimes simply a sound. The role of LaurentG Productions is then to give it an identity.

MUSIC - sound comes first

Everything starts with sound.

Composition, production, writing, arrangement, texture research, voices, rhythms, instruments and influences: LaurentG Productions explores different musical territories with a single ambition, to create tracks that tell something.

Some projects grow out of a specific musical culture. Others out of a city, an era, an image or an emotion. Some seek to honour the codes of a genre. Others set out precisely to mix them.

CREATIVE - a track is also a world

Creation does not stop at sound. Each project can also give birth to:

• a visual identity;
• a cover;
• a music video;
• an artistic direction;
• fictional characters or performers;
• a story;
• a graphic world;
• a digital experience.

Music, image and narration are conceived as different facets of the same creation. The goal is not only to produce tracks: it is to create worlds you can listen to, look at and explore.

STUDIO - experimenting with new ways of creating

LaurentG Productions is also a laboratory.

Creative tools evolve quickly and open new possibilities for artists and producers. Generative artificial intelligence, voice synthesis, digital production, image and video generation can all take part in the creative process.

These technologies are not an end in themselves. They are used as additional instruments serving an idea, an artistic direction and a human intention. Experimentation is an integral part of the studio's identity.

An orange. A record. The story behind the symbol

The LaurentG Productions logo brings two worlds together.

The orange

In French, LaurentG sounds like "l'oranger", the orange tree. The orange therefore naturally became the label's symbol. It evokes freshness, energy, creativity and something alive, in motion.

The record

The other half of the symbol is a vinyl record. It stands for music, sound, production and one essential idea: before creating music, you have to love listening to it.

The leaf

Finally, the leaf is a reminder that an artistic project evolves, grows and transforms. Together they form the symbol of LaurentG Productions: a living, curious and independent musical creation.

Listen to what already exists. Understand styles and their codes. Discover cultures, artists, instruments and sounds. Then mix, twist, experiment and create something else.

This approach is at the heart of LaurentG Productions.

Projects, not a genre

LaurentG Productions does not aim to defend a single musical style. The label works more like a collection of projects. Each album can have its own playground, its own rule and its own world.

A single electronic language travels through different cities and cultures around the world. Every track keeps the energy of a dancefloor release while integrating the sounds, instruments, rhythms or voices that immediately identify a destination.

LaurentG Productions was created by Laurent Galichet, author, composer and producer of the projects presented on Écoute ça. His approach is built on the meeting between musical culture, curiosity, experimentation and new creative tools.

Écoute ça is the space where the projects produced by LaurentG Productions can be discovered. Albums, tracks, stories, artistic intentions and behind-the-scenes notes are gathered there so you can go beyond simply listening.

Because a track can sometimes be even more interesting once you know the idea that brought it to life.
